Cancellation Policy

To ensure every group enjoys the best possible experience, please review the following policies before booking. Arrival Policy Group sessions are designed for guests to participate together. All members of your party should arrive together and be checked in no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled session time. Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled start time and cannot be delayed for late arrivals. Guests arriving after the session has started may not be admitted if they have missed the required safety briefing or introductory instructions. Group Size The Signature Group Session includes up to 10 guests. Additional guests may be added, subject to availability, for the current per-person additional guest fee. Any additional guests must be confirmed and paid for before the start of the session. Attendance & Refund Policy Group reservations are sold as a single private experience, not as individual admissions. No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for guests who are unable to attend, arrive late, or choose not to participate. The booking organizer is responsible for coordinating attendance for all members of the group. Safety Requirements Every participant must complete and sign the required liability waiver before participating. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the Lab Host. Bold Chemistry Lab reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or interferes with the experience of others. No refund will be issued in these situations. Booking Changes Requests to add guests are subject to availability. Requests to reschedule must be made in accordance with our booking and cancellation policy. No-shows are non-refundable. By booking a Group Session, the booking organizer acknowledges and agrees to these policies on behalf of all members of the group
