General Questions

What is Bold Chemistry Lab?
Bold Chemistry Lab™ is an immersive entertainment experience where science, creativity, and human connection come together through interactive, instructor-led laboratory sessions. Every experience is designed to inspire curiosity, encourage teamwork, and create unforgettable memories.
 
Is this a real science laboratory?
Yes. Our laboratory is a professionally designed interactive environment where guests safely participate in hands-on science experiences under the guidance of trained Lab Hosts.
 
Do I need science experience?
Not at all! Our experiences are designed for beginners and science enthusiasts alike. No prior knowledge is required.

 

How long is each experience?

Most experiences last approximately 90 minutes.
 
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Laboratory coats are provided for all participants during the experience. No revealing/nude items.
 
Booking & Reservations
 
Do I need a reservation?
Yes. Reservations are required for all experiences to ensure availability and provide the best guest experience.
 
Can I walk in without a reservation?
Walk-ins may be accepted if space is available; however, reservations are strongly recommended.
 
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to complete check-in, sign your waiver, and receive your safety briefing.
 
What happens if I arrive late?
Experiences begin promptly. Guests arriving after the safety briefing has started may not be admitted.
 
Can I reschedule my reservation?
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and our booking policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
 
Group Sessions
 
How many people are required for a Group Session?
Our Signature Group Session is designed for groups of up to 10 guests.
 
Can I add more guests?
Yes. Additional guests may be added based on availability. Additional guest fees apply.
 
Does everyone need to arrive together?
Yes. Group members should arrive together at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session. Sessions begin on time and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
 
What if someone in my group can't attend?
Group reservations are sold as one private experience. Refunds or partial credits are not provided for guests who are unable to attend.
 
Family Bonding Chemistry™
 
Is this only for children?
No. Family Bonding Chemistry™ is designed for all generations. Parents, grandparents, children, siblings, and extended family members participate together.
 
Do children need an adult?
Yes. All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian throughout the experience.
 
Couples Chemistry Date™
 
Is this only for married couples?
No. Couples Chemistry Date™ is perfect for dating couples, engaged couples, newlyweds, married couples, and anyone looking for a unique date night experience.
 
Can we celebrate a special occasion?
Absolutely! We welcome anniversaries, engagements, birthdays, and other special moments. Optional celebration enhancements may be available.

Sunday Science™
 
Is Sunday Science a church service?
No. Sunday Science™ is a peaceful, faith-inspired laboratory experience that combines one hands-on science experiment with fellowship, reflection, and meaningful conversation. It is designed to encourage connection and wonder in a welcoming environment.
 
Safety
 
Are the experiments safe?
Yes. All experiments are carefully selected, age-appropriate, and conducted under the supervision of trained Lab Hosts using established safety procedures.
 
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every participant must complete and sign a liability waiver before participating in any laboratory experience.
 
Are laboratory coats and goggles provided?
Yes. Laboratory coats are provided for all participants during their experience. Gloves and mask must be worn at ALL TIMES
 
Accessibility
 
Is Bold Chemistry Lab accessible?
We strive to provide an inclusive experience for all guests. If you have accessibility needs or require accommodations, please contact us before your visit so we can best assist you.
 
Food & Drinks
 
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance for a private event or celebration.
 
Do you offer refreshments?
Refreshments and specialty treats may be available during select experiences or as optional add-ons.
 
Photography
 
Can I take pictures?
Yes! We encourage guests to capture memories throughout designated portions of the experience.
 
Will photos be taken during my visit?
Our team may photograph or record portions of experiences for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify a team member upon arrival.
 
Private Events
 
Can I reserve the entire laboratory?
Yes. Private laboratory experiences are available for qualifying group events. Contact us for availability and customized options.

VIDEO RECORDING WILL BE ACTIVE DURING ALL SESSIONS. BOLD CHEMISTRY, LLC WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WITH FACILITY
